I am aware that while my child participates in TRIS Summer Camps, certain risks and dangers may occur.
I also understand that serious injuries may occur including severe sprains, broken bones, paralysis, even
death. TRIS makes every effort to provide a safe environment. By allowing my child to participate in TRIS
Summer Camps, I hereby assume all risks and consent to my child’s participation in TRIS Summer Camps.
I hereby give my permission to The Renaissance International School to use photographs, videotapes, and/
or movies taken of the above-named child for promotional use.
Please pay 1/2 camp tuition upon registration.
